Did You Ever Wonder?

Did you ever wonder
Why the three mice were blind?
Or when the wolf came
Red Riding didn't hide?
Or how five little ducks went out one day
And not three?
And Tom possibly can't
Catch Jerry?
Or why Snow White ate that apple
And Sleeping Beauty touched that spinwheel?
Or why Bella fell in love with a beast
Who didn't know how to eat his own meal?
Or why Jack climbed that bean-stalk
And Humpty climbed that wall?
And how Jack came back with an egg and a duck
And Humpy with a great big fall?
